New Charter Housing Trust Group is a social landlord owning 18,700 homes. We have a turnover of £90 million and a workforce of 800 people. The Group consists of New Charter Homes, based in the Greater Manchester area, Gedling Homes in Nottingham and Aksa Homes in Oldham.
The New Charter Building Company provides a property repair, maintenance and improvement service working with a range of external partners and covering the whole of the North West, employing over 200 people and achieving a turnover of £34 million.
One of our most recent partnerships is with Threshold, based in Oldham who provide housing support to those most in need, strengthening the housing support network available for vulnerable people.
We provide Housing Options services on behalf of Knowsley MBC and continue to manage the Tameside Housing Advice service in Ashton-under-Lyne with Tameside Council.
