Board Membership:
The New Charter Boards are made up of:
Tenant Board Members,
Independent Board Members,
Local Authority Board Members, and
Executive Board Members.
Board Members are appointed in accordance with the relevant company’s constitution and the Group’s Board Membership & Recruitment Policy.
The Boards are responsible for ensuring the companies operate within the Law and their constitution. In addition the Group’s Boards must also comply with the TSA Regulatory Framework and the NHF Code of Governance.
