Building Company Ltd. was established on 27th March 2000 to support the
biggest stock transfer in the country at the time. Nearly 16,400 homes
were transferred from Tameside Council.
Building
on 26 years previous experience, with the support of private investment,
rationalised infrastructures, state of the art IT systems, new working
methods and industry benchmarked pricing policies, we have already secured
over £34 million turnover of business and employ over 200 people.
Through continuous
