New Charter Housing Trust Group is a social landlord owning 18,700 homes. We have a turnover of £90 million and a workforce of 800 people. The Group consists of New Charter Homes [1], based in the Greater Manchester area, Gedling Homes [2] in Nottingham and Aksa Homes [3] in Oldham.

The New Charter Building Company [4] provides a property repair, maintenance and improvement service working with a range of external partners and covering the whole of the North West, employing over 200 people and achieving a turnover of £34 million.

One of our most recent partnerships is with Threshold [5], based in Oldham who provide housing support to those most in need, strengthening the housing support network available for vulnerable people.
 
We provide Housing Options [6]services on behalf of Knowsley MBC and continue to manage the Tameside Housing Advice [7] service in Ashton-under-Lyne with Tameside Council.
