WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME
On behalf of the Board members and staff at New Charter Homes, I would like to welcome you to your new home.
We have produced this Handbook as a guide to help you settle into your home. It contains useful information about our services, how to contact us, what you can expect from New Charter Homes as your landlord and also what we expect from you as a tenant.
If there is something you need to know and it is not covered in this handbook then please contact us. Section 2 will explain the different ways in which you can do this.
The information in this Handbook is a summary about the things you need to know when you first become a tenant. As you continue to live in your home you may need more specific information i.e. what to do if you wish to carry out improvements. We have produced some easy to read leaflets to help you. You can find out more about these in Section 2 of this Handbook.
We will also send you a copy of our quarterly newsletter “New Charter News”, which keeps you up to date about things that are happening throughout the year.
I hope you find this Handbook useful and that you will be happy in your new home.
