report a repair during normal office hours you
can use the online repairs reporting system or
ring the FREEPHONE number.
Office hours:

- 6:00pm
Monday to Friday
At
all other times the Emergency Repairs
Service is in operation.

This service
only covers genuine emergency repairs (some examples
are provided below). Customers are advised
that misuse of the service will result in them being
re-charged for the call out and subsequent administration.
