repair and emergency repairs.

To report a repair during normal office hours you can use the online repairs reporting system or ring the FREEPHONE number.

Office hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
At all other times the Emergency Repairs Service is in operation.
Emergencies:
For out of office hours Emergency Repairs Only please phone the repairs FREEPHONE number.
This service only covers genuine emergency repairs (some examples are provided below). Customers are advised that misuse of the service will result in them being re-charged for the call out and subsequent administration.

No water supply
Blocked foul drain (possible recharge)
Blocked WC (only one in house) (possible recharge)
Insecure door, windows or locks
Water Leak/Burst
External Door/Window Insecure
