What is 'Choice-Based Lettings?'
This is the way New Charter now lets most of our homes. It allows you
to be actively involved in selecting your new home.

Once you have been accepted as a scheme member you may bid (or express an
interest in) up to 3 of the homes currently available. Each property includes
information about the type of household who should apply. If your application
does not meet this profile, your bid will not be accepted.

Pre-Tenancy Support
New Charter Housing Trust offer a pre-tenancy support service that provides a range of advice and assistance to help residents to manage and sustain their tenancy. We will help customer to realise the costs of running a home and give information about the responsibilities of becoming a tenant of New Charter Housing.
