that can help and advise New Charter customers on their entitlement to
welfare benefits and assist in the completion of the application.

here. You need to have all you income details with you
to complete it properly. The service will give you an idea of the amount of welfare
benefit you may be entitled to.
It is important that if your circumstances change that you repeat the calculation
and you advise the agencies dealing with your claim. This could be the Housing
Benefit Section at the Council or the Inland Revenues for Tax Credit purposes,
or any other agency who pays you any benefit.
