Leasehold Forum

New Charter recognises that leaseholders are an important group of our customers. We want to hear what you have to say.

A Leasehold Forum is held twice a year at our Cavendish Street office where you are invited to comment on issues affecting you as a leaseholder or to find out more about New Charter. The meetings take place in September and March each year. You are very welcome to come along and have your say.

The planned meetings for 2009-10:

23rd September 2009
10th March 2010

Doors open at 6.00 pm for the meeting to begin at 6.30 pm.
You will receive a letter nearer the time to invite you along. We would like to see you there.

Gas Servicing

Leaseholders can take advantage of a scheme New Charter offers in relation to servicing your gas heating appliances. This is a service that you will be charged for but it will give you peace of mind if you do not already have a gas serving contract in place.

Satisfaction Survey:

In January 2009, we commissioned an independent body to survey the satisfaction levels achieved for leaseholders. Attached are the results of the survey which are pleasing to note. The survey will be carried out again early in the new year.
