Leasehold Forum
New Charter recognises that leaseholders are an important group of our
customers. We want to hear what you have to say.
A Leasehold Forum is held twice a year at our Cavendish Street office
where you are invited to comment on issues affecting you as a leaseholder
or to find out more about New Charter. The meetings take place in September
and March each year. You are very welcome to come along and have your
say.
The meetings for 2008/9 will take place as follows:
Wednesday 24th September 2008
Wednesday 18th March 2009
Doors open at 6.00 pm for the meeting to begin at 6.30 pm
You will receive a letter nearer the time to invite you along. We would
like to see you there.
Gas Servicing
Leaseholders can take advantage of a scheme New Charter offers in relation
to servicing your gas heating appliances. This is a service that you
will be charged for but it will give you peace of mind if you do not
already have a gas serving contract in place.
Should you wish to take advantage of the service, please contact John
Corr on 0161-331-2822 who will be more than happy to help.
