Neighbourhood Offices and Surgeries:
Neighbourhood offices and Surgeries
are designed specifically to bring staff out into the communities
they serve. The Neighbourhood offices are usually part of a much
wider service of community support delivered in partnership with other
agencies to that area.
The surgeries are designed to offer a caller service to an
area of demand, located in another service providers premises.
They are
both open to all tenants, but are specifically designed to cater to the
specific needs of the tenants in the areas they are based.
All aspects
of the New Charter service can be accessed within the published times
at these centres.
